Who qualifies for the welcome reward?
Only new customers with no prior completed 304 Liquor orders. Existing customers can join for the loyalty milestone and member perks, but the 10% welcome offer is not available retroactively.
Do online and in-store purchases both count?
Yes. Use your member email at online checkout, or ask our team to attach it to your customer profile before an in-store purchase is completed.
Do I need an account or an app?
No app is required. Joining by email is enough. Creating a store account is optional and can make checkout and order-history viewing easier.
What is a qualifying purchase?
A completed merchandise purchase linked to your member email. Your reward unlocks after five completed purchases or once you reach $300 in total merchandise spend. Returns, refunds, cancellations, gift-card purchases, and excluded items may change eligibility.
When does the $30 reward unlock?
Eligibility activates automatically when your customer profile reaches five completed orders or $300 in total spend. Use the same member email and enter code 304REWARD on a $100+ order.
Can rewards be combined with other offers?
No. Member rewards are limited to one per order and cannot be combined with other discounts unless 304 Liquor expressly says otherwise.
What if I used another email?
Contact us before redeeming. We can review your customer history and help keep future purchases connected to the correct member profile.
Program terms: 304 Rewards is free and available to customers age 21 or older. Valid government-issued ID is required for alcohol purchases. The 10% welcome reward is available only to new customers with no prior completed orders. Welcome and milestone rewards are each limited to one use per customer and apply to eligible merchandise only. Minimum purchase thresholds are calculated after discounts and before taxes, shipping, tips, or delivery fees. Gift cards, sale items, allocated or limited-release products, and other designated items may be excluded. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be stacked. Returns, refunds, cancellations, fraud, or misuse may change eligibility. 304 Liquor may modify or end the program or individual offers as permitted by law. Please drink responsibly.
