After ageing for 3 years next to the beach, the Barbados casks travel by sea to France, experiencing dynamic ageing along the way. A second maturation in ex-Ferrand casks the signature Planteray double-ageing technique for a total of 5 years of ageing adds remarkable roundness and structure.
