Giuseppe and Pietro Simi's journey began when they immigrated to Northern California, finding a home in Sonoma County reminiscent of their native Tuscany, where winemaking has deep roots. In 1876, they established SIMI in Healdsburg, California, and today, the winery continues to produce exceptional wines from a variety of Sonoma County grapes, all crafted in the historic stone cellar built in 1890.

These vibrant notes are beautifully complemented by hints of sweet toast and vanilla, leading to a finish that reveals wet-stone minerality and a touch of orange peel.
