Whistle Pig Boss Hog "XIII: The Golden Pharaoh" 750ml

The 13th edition of WhistlePig's Boss Hog series. It was inspired by a 3,000-year-old tiger nut cake recipe found carved in an ancient Egyptian tomb. This straight rye is the first whiskey ever finished in barrels seasoned with Egyptian black honey and tiger nuts. Each bottle has a pewter topper modeled on King Tut's "Eyes of Horus," and rare bottles get a gold one. Bottled at 102.6–105.6 proof.

Nose: Brown sugar, cinnamon, toasted almond, pastry. Palate: Molasses that turns to light honey, with baking spice and black pepper. Finish: Soft toasted almond and fresh oatmeal.
